BorderRAC (Border Regional Advisory Council) works to improve emergency healthcare outcomes through regional collaboration, planning, and response across El Paso and surrounding West Texas communities. We bring together hospitals, EMS providers, public health agencies, and emergency personnel to ensure that patients receive high-quality, coordinated care in critical situations. From disaster preparedness and trauma system development to first responder training and outreach, our work strengthens the region’s readiness to handle emergencies of all kinds.
